Senior System Administrator

Role:

• Oversee the administration of Salesforce and nCino platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and processes to improve data quality, process integrity, and productivity
• Manage change management processes, perform application testing, and deliver ongoing training to users

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in an enterprise IT or technical role, with advanced knowledge of Salesforce
• Proficiency in data manipulation and workflow applications
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology field preferred; certifications in Salesforce and nCino administration are a plus
